This project required that the complete refurbishment and M & E installation work was completed in separate phases over three floors while maintaining the client’s business on site at all times; having worked with the THWG team before I knew that I would be able to count on their professionalism and commitment to this project which required a conscious awareness and concerted effort to ensure that the client’s business remained unaffected for the duration of the works. Both the client and I were not disappointed; the finished project has been completed to a high standard and within the required time constraints.

The team have a great attitude and are there to solve problems, not create them. I've been impressed by the quality of their building and joinery work and by their commitment to deliver a great end result for the client.   They take time time to understand exactly what is required whilst maintaining a sense of urgency.

Contract Zizzi Harrogate

Contract Period 12 weeks

THWG demonstrated an extraordinary ability to deal with and actively solve any problems that arose during fit-out of a particularly difficult building. All works were conducted in a thorough manner, and the enthusiasm with which they approached all jobs on site showed that they are willing to go above and beyond expectations to provide the best for their client.  The attention to detail and quality of the finished unit was very impressive, as was the use of CAD systems to model any difficult details or joinery items. This became invaluable given the distance of the job from our offices as the tight deadlines approached, all of which were met by THWG with the minimum of fuss. All in all, this was a most satisfactory job, in no small part down to the professional approach of THWG. I very much look forward to working with them again on forthcoming projects.

Working with THWG on this project  has been a wholly positive experience and example of the best in team working. Every member of their team has been enthusiastic and positive even when facing seemingly insurmountable difficulties and deadlines.  When problems presented they were eager to present solutions and remained sensitive to design considerations throughout.

I am particularly impressed by their embracing of the latest internet based communications technology to keep their entire team abreast of revisions in design and drawings during the course of the works.
